`A rezza NonProfit Partner Program

Our partner program has three objectives:

1.        Local area development

2.        The capitalization of new businesses in a community

3.        Fundraising for nonprofit operations

In each local area, project profits are distributed as follows:

·          Sixty (60) percent in equal measure to the local area partners

·          Twenty (20) percent to a fund for the development of new businesses; local area partners shall own forty (40) percent of each new business formed

·          Twenty (20) percent towards nonprofit activities

Participation as partner in a local area is open to any individual, business, non profit or local government, even from other areas, subject to the unanimous consent of the existing partners. A new partner makes available any combination of capital, products and/or services. In addition:

1.        Links his/her website to the program

2.        Joins ‘A rezza Non Profit

3.        May leave the program at any time

Decision making in the local area program are by simple majority.

Progetto Partner `A rezza Nonprofit  

Il nostro progetto partner ha tre obiettivi:

1.        Lo sviluppo delle aree locali

2.        La capitalizzazione di nuove imprese nel territorio

3.        Risorse per le attività non profit

In ogni area locale, le plusvalenze di ogni progetto vengono distribuite:

·          Sessanta (60) percento in parti eguali ai partner dell’area locale

·          Venti (20) percento al fondo per lo sviluppo delle nuove imprese; i partner dell’area locale avranno il quaranta (40) percento di ogni nuova impresa

·          Venti (20) percento al fondo per le attività non profit

Partecipazione come partner nell’area locale è aperta a tutti i soggetti fisici e giuridici, anche non del territorio, soggetta all’approvazione unanime dei partner esistenti. Il nuovo partner mette a disposizione qualsiasi combinazione di capitali, prodotti e/o servizi. Inoltre:

1.        Linca il suo sito internet a quelli del progetto

2.        Aderisce ad ‘A rezza Non Profit

3.          Può uscire dal progetto di area locale in qualsiasi momento

Decisioni in seno al progetto di area locale vengono prese con una maggioranza semplice.
