RestaCumme and its travel partners assist you in every facet of your vacation or business trip, including:

• Arranging or suggesting your flights

• Booking your accommodations

• Planning your transfer and sightseeing services

• Your meals at the properties and at restaurants
  

Our ability in putting together your dream vacation or an efficient business trip is confirmed by the fact that we are business partners with virtually all of your service providers – we are all on the same team and our job is to serve you!

In addition, we have offices and ground services coordinators in key locations to further assist you; as required, we may even make available to you one of our mobile phones while you are in our care to better handle last minute changes or any emergencies that may arise.

How we do it

Aside from helping you plan your dream vacation, RestaCumme’s job is to save you money in the planning and implementation of your vacation or business trip to. We do this in several ways, including:

Quotation and payment in your currency. In the past several years the dollar has been dropping against the euro and other major currencies as well as bouncing by wide margins over the short term. Our solution: we quote you in your currency and, once we have agreed on a plan and prices, we switch to euros at the rate of exchange on the day that you pay for your trip.    

Team Work. This is how we save you the most money and what really makes us different from most other travel purveyors: our service providers are in business with us meaning that we share risks and rewards. To save time and money, some payments will be processed directly by your service providers in Italy. You will of course be informed as part of your travel plan about service providers and related payments.

Credit. We are prepared to extend credit for your trip to Italy - except for airline tickets. Terms and conditions will be determined on a case by case basis. 

Payment Terms and Conditions

After you tell us your requirements, we prepare a detailed travel plan inclusive of flight suggestions, accommodations, sightseeing activities, transfers and other ground services; you will also receive detailed information on your contact points while traveling with us.

There is a three (3) percent discount for payments made via bank wire transfer. And, for bookings made at least ninety (90) days prior to your travel date, there is an additional three (3) percent discount if you pay the entire amount of the agreed upon price.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your accommodations and ground services reservations without penalty up to 30 days prior to the start of your travel. However, airline tickets are not reimbursable.

We recommend that clients purchase travel insurance to protect from financial loss due to cancellations. Covered reasons for cancellations vary according to insurance carriers so please read the policies carefully before choosing a travel insurance plan.
