Room and board: euro 500/month x 3 months in double occupancy
Requirement: a minimum of 80 hours/month (240 hours over 3 months) @ euro 10/hour
Objectives
Training in the fundamentals of entrepreneurship,
nonprofit management and other key skills in a local area development setting.
Participants will get answers to these key questions:

--What are my overall strategic objectives? What planning and implementation activities are required to achieve these objectives?
--How do I determine my target market (ideal customers)? How do I understand and meet their needs and wants?

--What key messages must I convey to present a compelling reason to purchase my products or services?
--How do I brand my goods, services or local area? How do I align my goods and services with my brand promise--including customer-facing personnel, look-and-feel of products, completeness of services offered, visual branding and promotion.
--What partners and associations should I consider to ensure success?
--What public and private means are available to finance my business,
